Z-Move is an agentless multi-cloud migration platform operated by Adilson Camenha ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is https://zmove.io.

We collect only the minimum necessary to operate and improve Z-Move:

• Contact form: Name, work email, company, and migration details you voluntarily submit.
• Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and IP addresses are never stored. Plausible is GDPR-compliant by design.
• Server logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns via cookieless analytics (no individual tracking).
• To maintain the security and performance of our service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (USA), which is GDPR-compliant. We retain form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months.

We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, HSTS, and strict Content Security Policy headers.

5. Cookies

This website uses no cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) operates without cookies and does not track individual users across sessions or sites.
