By accessing or using Z-Move ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Z-Move is an agentless multi-cloud migration platform that enables movement of virtual machines and workloads between cloud providers including Zadara, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. The Service provisions ephemeral infrastructure for the duration of each migration job and destroys it upon completion.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using Z-Move, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use Z-Move only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The Service is priced at $0.05 per GB of data transferred, unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise contract. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Enterprise volume pricing is available for migrations exceeding 10 TB.
You are responsible for providing accurate cloud credentials required for migration. Z-Move encrypts all credentials using industry-standard encryption (Fernet) and does not retain them beyond the duration of the migration job. You must ensure you have appropriate permissions on your cloud accounts before initiating a migration.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Z-Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or cost overruns. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We strongly recommend testing migrations in non-production environments first and maintaining backups before initiating any production migration.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Z-Move and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
All content, software, and materials provided through Z-Move are the intellectual property of Z-Move or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Angola, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through competent courts in Luanda, Angola.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Z-Move after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
